* Unlimited Monthly Group Training - $150.00 monthly**

 

* Unlimited Monthly Fundamentals Class - $175.00 monthly***

Description: CrossFit by Overload's (CFO) Fundamentals

program is designed to help you expand on the basic knowledge

and skills you learned in Foundations. At CFO we emphasize

consistency before intensity, hence form, mechanics, and

technique of the fundamental movements will be the primary

objective of this class. The first 20 minutes of every Fundamentals

session is dedicated to one of the movements essential to

CrossFit. Topics covered will include squats, deadlifts, presses,

cleans, kettlebell swings and rowing technique. In addition, you

will participate in WODs specifically designed to get you in shape

and meet the requisite benchmarks for advancement to our group

classes. Fundamentals is currently offered three mornings and two

evenings each week.

 

* Personal Training (PT) - $75.00 for individual sessions

 

* Drop-in - $15.00

Description: If you belong to another CrossFit facility or are already a practicing crossfitter.

 

** Group Training Members have access to any class on schedule.

 

**Military, LEO and other first responders, and their spouses, pay $125.00 monthly for group training.

 

***Fundamentals attendees have access to 3 mornings and 2 evenings weekly (See schedule). A discounted rate of $150.00 monthly applies to attendees who qualify as members or spouses of Mil, LEO, and first responders.

 

PLEASE NOTE: CFO REQUIRES THAT ALL PERSONS PARTICIPATE IN 5 ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS SO THAT WE MAY EVALUATE AND INSTRUCT ALL MOVEMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE CROSSFIT REGIMENT (THESE SESSIONS DO NOT APPLY FOR THOSE WHO OPT FOR DROP-INS ONLY AND ARE ALREADY PRACTICING CROSSFITTERS) .
